Dear colleagues, we are delighted to announce that the Asia Cardiac Arrhythmia Summit (ACAS) will be held in Haikou, China from January 19 to 21, 2024. This summit aims to bring together experts from Asia and around the world to discuss the latest clinical and scientific developments, share experiences, and insights to advance the field of cardiac arrhythmias.
To provide a platform and bridge for researchers worldwide to exchange ideas and insights, the conference committee is now calling for research abstracts, challenging clinical cases, and complications. This will be an excellent opportunity for top scholars worldwide to showcase and exchange their research findings and clinical experiences. Accepted submissions will be presented in poster or oral presentation at the summit.

Submission Requirements and Guidelines:
1. Basic and clinical research should be submitted in abstract format, and clinical cases and complication reports should be submitted in Powerpoint (see templates in the appendix). Authors must ensure the content is true and not confidential. Authorship should be clear and uncontested.
2. The abstract should include a title, author names, affiliations, text, with one figure or table, covering the purpose, methods, results (including key data), and conclusions according to the templates. The Powerpoints should include basic information mentioned above.
3. The requested content should be organized in the corresponding template and sent via email to academic@acas.asia. The email title should be "ACAS 2024 Abstract Submission", "ACAS 2024 Case Submission", "ACAS 2024 Complication Submission" , respectively.
4. Before submitting, please ensure your personal information is accurate to ensure timely communication regarding acceptance, participation, and notifications.
5. All submissions should be retained as final copies. Once accepted, no further modifications or withdrawal requests will be entertained. If the submission is selected as oral presentation, the author should prepare additional slides for presentation.
Modes of On-Site Exchange:
1. Young Physician Award: After blind review by the academic committee, the top abstracts' first author will be awarded the Asia Cardiac Society's Outstanding Young Physician Award and receive an honorary certificate.
2. Oral Presentation: Based on acceptance numbers and review results, 10% to 15% of authors with exceptional Chinese and English abstracts will be selected for oral presentations, with research and clinical field experts providing feedback. Participants will receive certificates.
3. Electronic Posters: The selected submissions for poster presentation will be displayed in a scrolling format at the conference venue.
